Shipping policy

Home In The Woods Scents, LLC accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We ship orders Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays.

Processing Time
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days from the time the order is placed. The order ship date does not count as a day in transit.

Shipping Method
Packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail from Itta Bena, MS. USPS Priority transit times vary by state but typically deliver within 2–3 business days. During the busy fall/holiday season, USPS may experience delays beyond our control.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Rates
USPS shipping rates are based on your shipping address and the weight of your order. USPS Priority transit times vary by state.

APO/FPO Addresses
For APO and FPO addresses, please expect a delay. Mail is delivered through a joint effort between USPS and Military Postal Services, and packages must go through customs. Transit times depend on operational conditions and the addressee's unit.

Wrong Address
If you provided the wrong address, you can attempt to submit a request to intercept a package via USPS. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with resending the package if USPS marks it as undeliverable or returns it to the sender.

Summer Shipping
During the summer months, we only ship items Monday through Wednesday to ensure that your package is not sitting over the weekend and at risk of melting or heat damage. Products will be sealed in a thermal mailer with an ice/cool pack to ensure they arrive in good condition.

USPS transit times do not reflect our production and processing time.
