Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase from Home In The Woods Scents, LLC. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • Purchased within the last 7 days
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • In the original packaging

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and the customer's responsibility. If shipping items over $75, you should use trackable shipping or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

An email will be sent to notify you that the returned item has been received. We will also provide an approval or denial of your refund. If approved, you will receive a return label. Once the item is received, your refund will be processed.

Late or Missing Refund
First, check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at homeinthewoodsscents@gmail.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us within 72 hours for assistance.

Damaged Packages
If you received a damaged package or item, please contact us immediately:

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but have not appeared or have been stolen. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us within 48 hours. Always check with your local USPS to make sure they are not holding the package for pickup. You may need to complete a mail theft report with your local police department and US Postal Inspector.
